International family investments office, led by Graeme and Leanne Carling, today shook hands on an exciting new collaborative partnership with Florida-based organisation, Elev8 Holdings, with founder, Graeme Carling unveiled as new Group Chairman.

Elev8 Holdings is an investment company with assets in the Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineering industry across the US. The business is currently acquiring companies operating in the sector.

Speaking of the new partnership, Carling Group CEO and newly appointed Elev8 Holdings Chairman Graeme Carling commented; “The Carling Group is a partnership business. The Carling Group business, United Capital, completes sale of Saltire Facilities Management to global HVAC leader Daikin Industries

United Capital, part of the global private family office The Carling Group, has announced the successful sale of Saltire Facilities Management Ltd to Daikin Industries Ltd, the world’s largest manufacturer of HVAC solutions.

The transaction concludes United Capital Group’s five-year ownership of Saltire, which has seen the business achieve the most commercially successful period in its 25-year history, securing over £220 million of public sector contracts in the past 12 months alone.

Saltire Facilities Management, one of the UK’s largest providers of property services, specialises in renewables, gas services and electrical works, and operates across Scotland and the Midlands. England. Headquartered in North Lanarkshire, the company employs around 300 people and supports an array of subcontractors and thousands of customers.

Headquartered in Osaka, Japan, and employing more than 100,000 people worldwide, Daikin Industries is a global leader in heat pump, air conditioning and air filtration technology. The company operates globally, with a significant European presence through Daikin Europe NV, which includes Daikin UK. Saltire Facilities Management will now form part of Daikin UK’s operations.

The sale by United Capital Group, part of The Carling Group, a private family office owned by Scottish entrepreneurs Graeme and Leanne Carling, follows Saltire’s recent 25th anniversary and represents a significant milestone in its journey, opening up future opportunities through the backing of one of the world’s most respected and innovative engineering brands.
