The company, which operates as the family investment office of Graeme and Leanne Carling, was established in 2007 with a primary focus on the Scottish private residential property market. In 2019 the group diversified to focus on multiple key sectors including healthcare, hospitality, AI technology and renewable energy. The company currently has holdings in various sectors and regions throughout the World, and works with several partnership organisations.
