Target Acquisition Profile

We are actively looking to acquire profitable businesses in MEP, HVAC and renewables with revenues typically in the £20 million to £80 million range and EBITDA margins of 10% or above. 

We are interested in businesses with strong market positions, proven management teams and the potential to become a regional platform or strengthen an existing one through bolt-on growth.

Our acquisition focus includes opportunities across the United States, Spain, Germany and Australia, alongside selected adjacent markets where there is strong strategic fit.

In each market, we look for businesses that can provide a strong platform for disciplined expansion and long-term value creation through specialist sector consolidation.
